Two Great Grandmas and a Great Grandpa

While back home for the weekend we were able to spend some much needed time with the kids GREAT GRANDPARENTS!

We also spent some much needed time with GREAT GRANDMA V.  We also got to take her some yummy treats and her favorite but hard to find globe grapes!

Spook-tacular Pumpkin Patch Contest!

Alex is entering the schools 3rd annual Spook-tacular Library Pumpkin Patch Contest!!

Alex LOVES the Wizard of Oz and read it this summer.  She found an old copy in the city library and enjoyed all the old drawings and told me all the things that were different from the movie. (it also happens to be her favorite movie)

Alex's teacher put her leftover cupcakes in a baggie to take back home after school.  Sadly they didn't survive the bus ride.  From the looks of them you would think they rode home in her backpack but she held them the whole ride.

Alex only asked for a few things this year but they were very specific things.

She has been asking me to finish her quilt for a looooooong time!  I got it done in time for her birthday.

It is so Alex.

She also really Really REALLY wanted a balloon animal kit and pump.

(harder to find then you would think)

Birthday Girl

Alex took cupcakes to share with her class on her birthday.  Luck her birthday is in the fall, we had no problem finding orange.

When Alex got off the bus Mom met her at the bus stop with a bunch of balloons!



Mustang Pep Band

Michael is playing in his new schools Pep Band.

They got these fun shirts to were at some of this years performances.

His first big fun performance was playing in the West Fest parade.
