Advent Calendar

I wanted to make the kids an Advent Calendar this ear.

Two thirds done, I just need one more frame to finish.

This night their was a note in the envelope telling the  kids to open the gift.

Since Bre got her braces off that day she got to open the gift.  Tune in tomorrow to find out what the gift was!

Trim the Tree

Meet Peter

We loved penguins long before there was Happy Feet.

Last Year my parents game me a penguin (named Penelope), this year they gave me Peter Penguin.

Alex watching the Peanuts special with Peter.  (Don't worry we got Penelope out of the garage so he wouldn't be lonely.)

Map Travel

We are big fans of the Muppets around here.  In the Muppets movie they travel by map to save time.  So Alex was using the map from Papa and Grandma B. to map travel.

No more braces!

Earlier this week Bre had her braces taken off.

Bre was very nervous and wasn't sure she wanted them off.

Once they were off the staff came in with this bucket of goodies and balloons, blowing and twirling noise makers.

Today I got a letter in the mail from Bre, thanking me for helping her have a "straight smile"!
