Who knows how many years ago? Our family (my parents) made the choice of having an amazing steak for Christmas supper. So we have steak, texas toast, and salad if you want it. Mostly we all just eat steak! This eliminates the chore of having to cook all day, and clean all night. To us Christmas is about FAMILY!
