The Music of Yesterday (Built 1974)

The Music of Yesterday showcases magnificent music machines of another era and the creations of Alex Jordan.  The music machines take tokens to play.  Several of these are found together with a few found in other buildings.  The Gladiator (above) is at the end of the Streets of Yesterday just before entering Heritage of the Sea.  They are so neat to watch, on the Gladiator the band members move and play their drums, and cymbals.

This one was Under the Sea, by the Beatles, and was found in the Heritage of the Sea building.

This was AMAZING all the instruments are run by air compressors.  It really is something to see!

This is the "Mikado" (Japanese Emperor) an automated music machine that gave a room-rumbling performance.

This is found in the Circus Building that was added in 1987, life size elephant statues.

The band was near by, playing circus music.  Everything is just so wild.

This is a life-size automated 80-piece orchestra!
